Mixed Vegetable Paratha (Palak, Paneer And Carrot)



Here's a simple and quick recipe to make delicious and nutritious parathas made of spinach, paneer and carrot. 

Ingredients:

One medium-sized bowl palak (thoroughly washed and finely chopped)

One medium-sized bowl grated carrot

One medium-sized bowl grated paneer

2 tbsp chopped methi 

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

a pinch of hing

1/2 tsp haldi

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

one tsp ajwain (crushed)

salt 

8 ladles wheat flour 

Method:

Combine all the above ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add required quantity of water and prepare a soft dough. Let it rest and set for twenty minutes. Prepare parathas using ghee or oil. Serve them hot with Kabuli Chana Curry. Click here for Kabuli Chana Recipe
